Experience the focal point of democracy in our province. From our beginnings first as a Colony of Great Britain, then a Dominion, and since 1949 a province of Canada, the Legislature has a rich and colourful history with many stories to tell. Let us take you on a journey from our past to our present-day Legislature, learning how governance has evolved, and how the democratic process currently plays out.

Activities: Guided tours. Tours will depart from the main lobby, East Block, Confederation Building every half hour from 10am-11:30am, and 12:30pm-3pm. Visitors can access the East Block through the front entrance (off Prince Phillip Drive) or the North East entrance (at the East side of the East Block).
Notice: Visitors must provide photo identification to Security who will issue a visitor identification card. Visitors under the age of 17 will not be required to provide photo identification, but will be required to be accompanied by an adult with photo identification. Visitor IDs must be returned upon exiting the building.

Accessibility for persons with disabilities affecting mobility, Public Washrooms, On-site visitor parking is available at both entrances, Accessible parking is available near the North East entrance.
