The Crow's Nest Officers' Club

90 Water Street - Steps East of War Memorial

Recognized as both a Provincial Heritage Site and a National Historic Site, the Crow's Nest is a naval officers' club that first opened in January, 1942 as a safe haven for navy and merchant navy officers fighting in the Battle of the North Atlantic. The walls are decorated with pieces of art from the ships of that time, as well as plaques from more recent years.
